We at Fine Iron use and abuse these Theo Laser Welders 40hrs a week, and we've sold our MIG welders to make room for these in our shop. We love these things because they're 1.5x as fast as MIG welding, 4x as fast as TIG welding, with TIG welding quality welds and penetration. For ornamental welding, we use these on everything 1/4" or less, and only MIG weld for structural applications.
