For our non-American customers .8mm, 1.2mm, and 1.6mm wire sizes 😜
This listing is for the nozzle only and will require our Fine Iron barrel assembly in order to fit on your stock machine
These nozzles here fit on our Theo/Lincoln/Esab/Xtool barrels. Also other import machines like Everlast, Gewike, ArcCaptain, Strong Laser, Hero, and most other import laser welding machines

We got the filter tube assembly back at the TREAD Expo, but never had the chance to test it since we primarily use aluminum dual wire and the nozzle was only single. Fast forward to the release of the dual wire nozzle, and we ordered it as soon as we saw it was available.
But then disaster struck. Between ordering the nozzle and its arrival, our laser welder died on us. We just got it back working so I finally got the opportunity to test filter barrel assembly with the dual wire nozzle. I run .045 aluminum wire and ordered the 1/16 nozzle so it wouldn’t jam up with heat swelling.
This is where the (very) small problem made itself known. The holes in the back of the nozzle have very sharp edges. They would scrape the wire, causing burrs, and jamming the wirefeed anyway. And yes, I was certain of the feed tube alignment to the nozzle
The fix was very simple. I just chamfered the holes slightly, and it hasn’t jammed since, though I’ve only run a dozen small welds. It’s looking good though.
Overall, the whole assembly is well worth getting. Just as laser welders are a massive game changer in the fabrication business. This Fine Iron filter tube and nozzle assembly is a game changer for laser welding.
